5. BSBPEF502 Develop and use emotional intelligence

6. BSBTWK502 Manage team effectiveness

And six listed electives:

7. BSBFIN501 Manage budgets and financial plans

8. BSBLDR522 Manage people performance

9. BSBOPS501 Manage business resources

10. BSBPEF501 Manage personal and professional development

11. BSBSUS511 Develop workplace policies and procedures for sustainability

12. BSBXCM501 Lead communication in the workplace

There are more units available for those seeking Recognition of Prior Learning options

If there is a mix of RPL and study the fee is prorated. Fees can be paid in $300 instalments and it costs no more to do it this way.
