What does a Diploma of Business (Organisational Development) do for me?

This Nationally Recognised Diploma of Business (Organisational Development) is a high-level business qualification which builds your strategic HR skills as well as your core business skills. It has been designed to be well balanced focussing on what is needed in both strategic and operational management roles in a broad range of industries and professions. It could lead you to roles such as managing an HR department in a large organisation or a managing a small organisation. All industries need managers who can manage staff and processes that drive change and develop organisations.

This Diploma offers you not just career pathways but also educational pathways.

Educational Pathway

Your Diploma of Business will provide you with an entrance score to university in Australia and in some cases significant credits should you wish to study further.

In addition, because at the Australian Qualifications Institute there is overlap between this Diploma and the BSB50320 Diploma of Leadership and Management – as well as the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management – it is possible to gain a second and even a third Diploma at a much reduced fee and study.
