]]>This Nationally Recognised BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Leadership) provides you with the leadership skills needed in managing at the strategic level in large and small organisations across industries. These high-level skills aim to give you the confidence to lead and manage both people and teams in almost any industry. These skills aim to provide you with the confidence to take on higher study should you wish. That is this Diploma leads to both educational and managerial pathways.
The educational pathway:
At the educational level this Diploma will provide a Tertiary Education Ranking of over 80 so you can gain entry to a university. In many universities they also give credit for a range of first year courses up to the whole year. This has advantages in that it allows you to step carefully into a degree and reduces the cost significantly.
The overlap this Diploma and the BSB50420 Diploma of leadership offered by the Australian Qualifications Institute is such that it is possible to also gain a second the dual Diplomas for just a few hundred dollars. Multiple Diplomas set you apart from others.
The career pathway:
This Diploma, with its very strategic leadership skills, is designed to lead you towards roles to leading and managing small organisations or to working your way up the management ladder in large organisations, all in a very wide range of industries. Your Diploma could lead to work in a very broad range of commercial industries as well as the public service and not for profit organisations. This could include leadership roles in industries such as the growing health industry, education, construction, hospitality, consultancies. All industries need leaders and managers
